1. The operation mode setting is incorrect.
For example, the setting of two products and one product is different.
2. The whole body is taken out and alarmed, and it is fixedly and stably taken out. This is caused by the excessive pressure of the adsorption detection set by you. Need to reduce the detection pressure. The same can not be taken out of the alarm is that the adsorption detection pressure is too small, then you quickly increase the detection pressure, otherwise it is not easy to mold.
3. If there are four holes, three of them can be taken out, only one, and the one fixed. After confirming the operation first, it is not easy to see the removal position, or the hand is easy to take. The general position pair can be taken out, that is, it is not easy to take the hand, then it is necessary to consider the use of the avoidance. It is really a mold release that has to be found in the mold review and polished.
4. The location is right but can't be taken.
It is necessary to check whether the suction cup has broken, and some of the suction cups have caused cracks for a long time and leaked. The adsorption pressure does not go up. Replace the new suction cup.
5. The position does not go to the adsorption pressure. This is to manually open the corresponding suction switch and use paper to hold the suction cup. Look at the actual adsorption pressure, if it is in the normal range, it is still a problem with the position. If the adsorption pressure is so high, it is where the trachea leaks.
